Carol Lynn (Saunders) Hunt

          Carol Lynn Hunt, 61, of East Highway 60, Salt Lick, passed away Sunday morning March 3, 2024 at her residence with her family by her side.

          Born August 29, 1962 at Maysville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Charles Saunders and the late Ruby Traylor King. Carol was a former employee of Goodies Department Store in Morehead, KY and Bath County Schools.

          Survivors include her husband, Robbie Hunt, 1 son: Daniel Hunt and his wife Dedra of Mount Sterling, KY, 4 grandchildren: Mallorie Hunt, Dillon Hunt, Brayden Denniston and Alexis Miller, 1 great-grandchild: Brayson Denniston, 2 sisters: Lois Esham and Debbie Saunders, both of Salt Lick, KY, 1 brother: David Saunders of Morehead, KY, a sister in law: Angie Hunt of Morehead, KY and a brother in law: Steve Hunt and his wife Theresa of Michigan. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

          Visitation for Carol will be held Tuesday evening March 5, 2024 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Owingsville First Church Of God 320 Slate Ave., Owingsville, KY 40360

          Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Owingsville First Church Of God with Bro. Steve Meadow and Bro. Mark Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in Jones Cemetery.

          Serving as pallbearers: Sam Donohue, Paul Goodpaster, Hoy Miller, Rodney Mitchell, Kenny Roberts and Scottie Elam.
